Hello;

I know this is not the right forum to ask regarding AD. sory for the mistake. Can you help me to get a tool or to teach me to query the complete user information (email add, contact number, department, etc.) from the active directory database,

thanks you.

You can export the information using CSVDE.  If you type that command on your Exchange server in a command prompt window, it will list all the options and arguments.

You can gather a lot of information by using ADUC (active directory users and computers snap in) but mainly it is not scalable and not very satisfying in my opinion. Have a look tool called “hyena” I believe you can download it and it is 30 days free, it is much easier to gather information from AD by using Hyena, it makes life whole a lot easy. I know there are similar software exist, Google it.
In addition, you can start building scripting (VB) library for your needs. Most of the time one or to lines needs to be modified in this script to make them work; despite the fact people think scripting is difficult.
Here is a simple script for you, which can gather information about your mailboxes, users and their mailbox sizes,

In Hyena is it possible to export all user and other information to a csv file.
It could be possible you need a registered version to use it completely, but once you used it...
