I have a client looking for a way to limit the amount of access their Exchange Administrators have. For example, they want one administrator to have access to manage some mailboxes while they want to make sure the same admin cannot access other mailboxes to make changes.

Is there anyway to limit Exchange Administrative access via a third party tool or built in method? I know there are roles, etc but I don't think they can limit access to specific mailboxes. Another thing they want to accomplish is to allow powershell scripts to execute on some mailboxes and not others.

Can someone tell me if this is possible and how its done?
