I thought that all email addresses in the Global Address List are automatically considered safe for internal email connectivity between users.  Why then some of company users start complaining about Outlook 2007 automatically putting same of the internal emails onto Junk E-Mail folder? In Outlook 2007 you can add sender’s domain to safe senders list. I don’t really want to do this manually on 800 outlook users. I’m assuming this can be done from Exchange 2007 itself.
Thanks in advance.

Managing the Outlook safe sender list is the end-users responsibilty, you cannot to so centrally on the E2K7 server.

Could you post the header from one of the internal messages which ends up in the Junk E-mail folder?
