HI,
We installed for backup exec 12 on server.my exchange 2007 is running on CCR.
agent installed on both node.
backup for mail successfull comp. We are faceing problem on restores time.not given the backup user brack level.

Hi,

Can you explain your question in detail ?

Do you mean brick level instead of brack level ?

From Backup Exec 11 Symantec has developed a new way to do this without making a brick level.

HI,

I want to make use of the "brick level" restore feature of symantec backup exec 12. the backup is successful. however i am not able to restore at the brick level when i try and perform the restore option.

I replaced all null references with Exchange install directory path as specified in ms exchange team forum. It has been couple of hours and I have not seen any related warning or error in the event log.

Hi,

What's the exact error you get ?

Why don't use the GRT option in Backup Exec this will save you a lot of time and you still have the ability to restore separate messages.
