I've set up a new mail-enabled public folder for one of our departments and wish to change the format from 'post' to 'Email'.

This article (http://www.msexchange.org/articles/MF021.html) has been helpful but one part refers to a zipped file to make the change and I've got lost.

Can anyone shine a light?

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/817809 is usually the thing you need.

Hello,

Thank you for your response, however, I don't think that is what I'm thinking of.

I've set up the public folder with an email address, but when mail arrives it is in "post" format, not as an email message.

yeah it is. Read it. Follow the link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/830961/ and then do the regedits. Done it from that link way, way, way more times than I've had warm beers. Well, ok, not quite that many.
