How to move a message to “managed folder” from server side

Status: offline 		I have exchange 2007, I created a managed folder named “acknowledge” to all users,

I want to create a server side rule to move a message to this folder

The problem is, I didn’t find the option “move to specific folder” from server, since it is client side rule

So my question is how to apply this from server, any ideas
