Is there a way to restrict what internet mail can be received in. I basically want to restrict all internet mail except one. This has to be setup by specific users.

This is a sort of a walkaround but still it works. Go to the Active directory users and computers snap-in. Go to the user's properties and exchange general options. Go to the delivery restriction button. Now set the "Accept Message" option to "Only From", and then add the e-mail addresses you wish that they send mail to the users. But the user can send to everywere even to internet mail, but he cannot recieve unless they are listed in that list.
