Hello,

I have noticed that I have 25 messages in the failed mail folder on exchange but i am not sure where to go and retrieve these messages.

Could someone give me some instructions on how to do this.

Also I am using exchange with the POP3 connector to retrieve mail from external pop accounts. Is it possible for outlook ot be setup on another computer with the option to leave mail on server and have mail delivered to it and also the exchange server.

Hi,

have you tried playing them in the smtp queue again and restarting the smtp service ? I've worked with imss from trend and there this trick worked.

Hi Johan,

Where do i find the failed messages from to put them back in the queue. Do both incoming and outgoing messages go into the failed mail folder.

If they are incoming how do i get them to go to the correct mailboxes.

Hi,

If the are stored you can find them in the following folder:

c:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\bad mail
