Dear all, may be i am posting in wrong place. as  i am new here in MSExchange.org,
basically i have a query :- i just want to see all the mails of client users from Exchange server/ is it possible or if yes then how.

It's a simple matter of having permissions to the target mailboxes.
I should note that depending upon your corporate situation, you could be treading on some sensitive legal issues.

Dear uemurad 1st of all i would like to thanks for your reply, and i am administrator in the organisation, all the exchange rights are in my hand but unfortunately i don't know how to see the mails of client in the exchange server.
i will be thankful to you if you can reply in this.

I guess I should ask you what you expect to see.  Are you expecting to open each individual mailbox, or were you hoping to get an all-in-one view of things?  Why is this necessary, and what are you looking for?

yes i am expecting to open each individual mailbox,
the necessity :- actually the user mail box is full and i am unable to delete the mail from user end, so i want to open the mails of that user from server and delete from there.

Then it's a simple matter of having your account granted Full Mailbox Access permissions in Active Directory.
