Hello We have replaced a exchange 2007 server (that had performance issues - too small). After puting in our new Exchange 2007 server, the users now have to enter their Outlook ID / Password every time they open outlook. Prior to the server change that happened this last weekend, the users did not have to enter their ID / password - it was cached some where. The users machines are not part of the domain. How do I get the users to not have to enter in their ID and password every time they open outlook? How do you get it so once they enter their ID and password one time, it saves it so they do not have to keep re-entering it each time they open outlook? Nate

Check the profile settings, e.g. Outlook 2007: 1. Control Panel, Mail 2. Select profile and select Properties 3. Select Email Accounts 4. Select Change 5. Select More Settings 6. Select the Security tab 7. Make sure 'Always prompt for login credentials' is unticked 8. Select correct authentication method (usually negotiated). 9. Click OK, Next, Finish
