Hi,

I wondered how could I trace a mail from source to destination in order to know if it gets out of my organization.

The message tracking service doesn't show that very explicitely.

If anyone has any ideas ?????

Message Tracking only works on the server or within your organization. The only way to do a trace is to send an email to a working account and then check the internet headers on the email to see the path it took to get there. If the email is not getting there, check the queues on the Exchange server to see if the messages is still there. Also, make sure to have setup delivery of NDRs to a local account you can access to see if there are any errors.

You can use Network Monitor to get a netmon trace. That shows you the communication process between your server and the remote.
