Hi All, Ive looked everywhere for this and i cant seem to find how to get a list of all active email addresses. Ive just migrated all our email addresses accross from a pop service, we have just over 30 staff but we have many more email addresses and i would very much prefer to be able to look through a single list of all active email addresses, rather than clicking on each user in active directory users and computers and manually compiling a list that way. I assumed it would be easy to get this list in exchange system manager but i cant find it anywhere, i have searched the documentation and even scoured google and now forums in search of an answer. I have setup multiple domains (6) and each user has each @domain address with there name attached+additional addresses. Please ask me any questions if it helps you to solve my problem. Thanks a lot Ryan

I just had a thought while i was trawling through the addresses manually. If i had a way to run a search for an email address then that would be effectively just as good. Ry

OMG, way to have a conversation with myself, but after many an hour searching, i found something, and its solved the problem for me:) Here is the great tip for searchig SMTP address Go to AD Users & Computers, right-click on your Domain | Find | change the Find drop-down to "Custom Search" (you could also change the "IN" drop-down to "Entire Directory" if you have more than 1 domains) | go to Advanced tab | type type this into costum search box proxyAddresses=smtp:user@domain.com Taken from http://forums.msexchange.org/fb.aspx?m=1800414154 here you will find how to search and also another link, giving credit to someone else:P
