Hi,

We are facing a big problem with our Server.

We have Installed Windows 2003 R2 X64 on HP Proliant DL385 G5 server and Microsoft Exchange 2007 Enterprise Server on the same Server. Since 5 days or so our Server is keeps on Rebooting and event viewer shows many System Errors, when i send report to Microsoft an website opens telling that Device Drivers Error and there is no solution for that.

Now since 2 days Server is rebooting and showing us two errors on screen.
1. Server has encounter an seriours error
2. IIS Worker Process encountered a problem and need to be close.

IIS Worker Process detail error is :
Error Signature
szAppName : w3wp.exe szAppVer : 6.0.3790.3959 szModName : mscorwks.dll
szModVer : 2.050727.235 offset : 00000000001d3e79

Please if some one can assist on this, as our all users can access the mail, and even webmail at the time of restart and that is very frequent.
