Hi all ...

I may be way off on the functionality here but this is what I want to do.

I want to setup a web page or Outlook form (both being accessible from Outlook) that allows users to tick a box to say whether they are in the office or out.

Has any one set this up before or know how it can be done??

That's one I've never seen before.
No, there are a couple of solutions to do some web based calendaring but I haven't seen anything you can buy off the shelf that has a web based tickbox.

I've researched this in the past... you are more likely to use an Employee Time Tracking system

e.g. http://www.replicon.com/lp/lp_timetracking.asp

A really simple web page based solution is available from PC Magazine.  It used to be free, but you have to pay $5.95 for it now.  It basically creates a web page in a shared folder that is used to track this info.
