Have you tried restarting the server?
Any Change when\if you do?
Any errors being generated in the event viewer related to Exchange or IIS?
Are all IIS services running properly?
Can you hit the default web site (https://servername)?
How many NICs does the server have? Are they all enabled?
Do you have any other application running on the server that uses IIS?

yeah,i've restart it more than 10 times!
iis services working properly.
website is correct.all nic's working properly.
no other app use the iis.

now i encounter new error:

in the event viewer,the event id 1310 source asp.net 2.0.50727.0 has been registered.and then when i want to see my exchange server from web this message wil be appear:

Server Error in ‘/’ Application.
Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a “web.config” configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its “mode” attribute set to “Off”.

<!– Web.Config Configuration File –>

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode=”Off”/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the “defaultRedirect” attribute of the application’s <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!– Web.Config Configuration File –>

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode=”RemoteOnly” defaultRedirect=”mycustompage.htm”/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

Ok, I fixed the same issue. It happened after updating to R2SP1 along with .net updates. IIS stopped redirecting OWA 2010 from http://mysite to https://mysite/owa

Re-register\reinstall .net by issuing the following command from withing the .net framework folder

aspnet_regiis.exe -i -enable

So are you now able to view the site? If not have you tried https://localhost/owa?

Everything works fine for me now. The only thing that wasnt working for me was the redirect from http://mysite to https://mysite/owa . I was, however, receiving the exact same error as the OP. Even though the redirect was not working you could still see https://mysite/owa , however my end users would not know to put that in obviously.
