Please assist. I need assistance with deleting a particular email message with a specific subject from everyone's emailbox.

Please help asap. I have several idiots replying to an global distribution list.

I think you can use Exmerge for that, but I haven't tried it and depending on your organization size, probably could take a long time. See this KB http://support.microsoft.com/kb/328202

There is also a third party tool

I found doing a google search

I will try the exmerger method on my test enviroment in a few minutes to see if it works.

I just finished the exmerge process. It worked well. Mind you I only have 100 mailboxes on my test enviroment. Took only a minute. But it worked.

The only problem I had was step 8. It was the workind and what I actually did. You wont get the warning until I clicked OK or moved to another TAB. All esle worked fine.

I say if you have a lot of users, do it during the off hours.

For future reference, you could also run a Powershell command to achieve the same thing.
E.g.
Get-Mailbox -Database TestDB | Export-Mailbox -TargetMailbox ExportMailbox -TargetFolder TestFolder -SubjectKeywords "Subject Msg to delete" -DeleteContent
