Hi, The default time-out is 10 minutes. If you want to change it you have to do it via the registry: go to the following key: HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeWeb\OWA and change this two keys to a valid decimal value (between 1 and 4320): PublicClientTimeout TrustedClientTimeout After changing the values restart the W3SVC service.

Ok, great...I did and i think it may be already working...i set it up for 48 Decimal and not sure how long will that be. I also created the TrustedClientTimeout, and in the article it doesn't say anything about that, what is that for or should I deleted it? Thanks for your help

Hi, The value is in minutes so it should be active for 48 minutes.

Exchange doesn't do the logout every minute by default. Therefore if the keys aren't there then you shouldn't need to add them. Something else is causing the problem. It is certainly not a setting I have ever had to change and I have just checked my reference system (which is functioning correctly) and those keys aren't present. Thus they are not required for OWA to work correctly. Adding those keys will probably fail to fix your problem. It is dealing with the symptoms, not the cause. Simon.
