My company is planing to implement system that could synchronize emails, contacts and appointments. We have several branches around the world, and our people is traveling a lot. Some of employees are using Windows, some Linux and some MacOS. Also, they must be able to sync everything with their mobile devices which are mostly Android and Windows Mobile.

Secretary must be able to make appointments for management. Management should be able to see contacts of employees, but not vice versa.

Is Exchange good solution for the requests above, or do we need some additional software?

Currently we are using Postfix.

And I've forgot to mention that all communication need to be secure using certificates issued by our PKI infrastructure.
