Hi,

I have a user that is able to view her Inbox when she's in Outlook 2007. However, when she's using Outlook Web Access, the Inbox is empty.

Any ideas???

Either:

1. Her Outlook is configured to deliver email to 'Personal Folders', i.e. an archive on her computer (which means the items are off the server, and no longer visible in OWA).

or

2. She has activated the 'Unread Messages' view from the drop-down list in the OWA GUI.
