Hi,
I am trying to back up the information store (exchagne 5.5.) to an ArcserveIT 6.6 server. I have all agents properly installed.

I keep getting the following errors:

E8602 "failed to read from database. EC=DBagent Error - (301). Exchange Server Error. HrBackupPrepare Failed. Check DBagent Activity Log.

E8604 "Failed to start backup. EC=DBAgent Error--()"error status in named pipe"

Has anyone else delt with this issue? CA has been no help. All their solutions have not worked for me. I would appreciate any kind of info.
