Hello, Services are getting stopped after restart or its happening while server is running.? I will suggest you to clear you event log and restart your server, this will help you to know what exactly is happening. If services are getting stopped while server is running you need to keep eye on event log. Please update. Thanks

If this is Exchange 2000/2003 standard edition then I wonder if you are hitting the store limit. That would cause the store to dismount. Something will be logged to that effect if you are hitting the limit. 16gb is the limit on Exchange 2000 and 2003 pre SP2, 18gb by default on Exchange 2003 SP2, which can be increased to 75gb following a registry change. Simon.
