Does anyone know how to change the time that Exchange sends it's daily email to users who are reaching their limits? It seems to be that users here get a mail usually in the morning that their mailboxes are reaching their limits. I'd like to change the time that Exchange either checks this and when exchange sends the mail to users. The reason I want to do this, is that we archive email from users mailboxes at night, and we want to move the limit warning to after that archive. Can that be done??
Cheers Michael.

Hi,
I think it is the " Warning message interval ". This can be changed by opening system manager; browsing through you admin group\storage group and selecting the information store you wish to change. Right Click the information store, go to properties and then select the limits tab. You have a few options on the drop down list to change to, remember it could take a while depending on how many mailboxes you have so would need to be done outside normal office hours probably?
If the option is greyed out then there has been a policy applied to the server, and you will have to modify the policy (Same method as above, just going to the System Policies container instead of Administrative Groups).
Depending on how many Storage Groups and information stores you have, you may want to setup a policy if one hasnĘt been done.
Hope this is of some use, Cheers
