I have two identical servers. and i want to install exchange 2007 with the least single point of failures that i can get. Is there any one that can assist me in getting this done.

Status: offline 		Do you already have the Active Directory infrastructure set up?  What is the storage requirement and how much of it already available to you (centralized vs. dedicated to a node).  Exchange 2007 supports clustering w/o centralized storage but u cannot co-locate AD roles with cluster nodes.
How many users are you estimating with avg. mailbox sizes? 
Microsoft came out with http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/01/15/432207.aspx to assist in some of storage planning.
