Exchange 5.5 SP4 running on NT4 SP6.
Since Wednesday we have been unable to view received attachment or send email attachments to email addresses outside our domain.
I have reinstalled the IMS connector but still the problem exists. Any help ould be graetly appreciated.

Nothing Had been changed it just stopped working. I restored the exchange db's using arcserve 2000 exch opt. still no good. I have just restored the whole server from the Monday backup, this has got it working. I now need to get the later emails from a tape and put these into the mail boxes. Anyone got any ideas.

Nice one, If you still have the transaction logs up to Wednesday, you can play through them the update the priv.edb..

I thought it was fixed, but it just stopped working again. I've got no idea. Any help would be graetly appreciated.

I eventually had to completely rebuild the server. Reinstall OS and Exchange then rebuild all the mailboxes. Its now working OK.
