Ok why is it I do not see a user agent for ALL My users with iphones? I can't select the agent to perform a wipe on them. Nor can I see the last Sync data or anything.

Does anyone have any idea why all my iphones are empty user agents?

Android's show up just fine.

Update this appears to only be in the gui if I run a command like:

Get-Mailbox -ResultSize:Unlimited | ForEach {Get-ActiveSyncDeviceStatistics -Mailbox:$_.Identity} | Sort-Object -Property DeviceType,Identity | ft Identity, DeviceType, DeviceUserAgent

The user Agent is displayed for Iphones.
