Hi all,

Got a weird issue where i have all items received by a user are forwarded to a public folder for archive purposes. Was working fine but all of a sudden no external emails are being processed and it's generating an NDR. Internal email is processed properly. I created a second folder under the same parent in the public folders and it has the same issue. Under that parent there is another archive folder that is working fine, it's just the original and the one i created. any advice would be much appreciated.
