Journaling account stopped collecting

Status: offline 		Exchange 2k3 Enterprise. As of 9pm this past Sunday, my journaling account seemingly froze up, i.e. there are no emails in the account since that point.

The dimensions are:

size: 19,781,847 KB... yes, ~20GB
items: 582,744

This is Enterprise, so no limits are set. Event logs don't appear to indicate anything insightful...

... any ideas? Everything else in the Exchange environment works fine.

Status: offline 		Does Message Tracking still show the messages attempting to be delivered to the journal mailbox?  Have you checked the queues?

Yes, as a matter of fact, I have 123 emails stacked in my Local Delivery que, all from the past two days. Any notion of how I can rectify this?
