At my office, we have to routinely clean our sent items and deleted items folders when using Exchange Server 2000. Is there anyway for me to save this information on my local client (Outlook 2002) so that it does not take up space on the server but I can still access my deleted items and sent items? I have tried offline synchronization with these folders, but that still takes up server space. Can I automatically send the information I delete to a folder in Outlook not on the server?

Thanks for the help.

Create a PST file and then use Outlook's archiving facilities to archive old mail to PST file. The PST can be view with your mailbox at the same time, its shown in Folder View.
