The following command in not accepted. When attempting to change locations and use the LCR DB.
restore-storagegroupcopy -identity "First Storage Group" -replacelocations $True

[MSH] C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxxxxx>restore-storagegroupcopy -indentity "First Storage Group" -replace
locations $True
Restore-StorageGroupCopy : Cannot convert 'System.String' to the type 'System.Boolean' required by parameter 'ReplaceLocations'.
At line:1 char:67
+ restore-storagegroupcopy -indentity "First Storage Group" -replace <<<< locations $True

How can I use the LCR copy of this DB?

Did you work through this entire thing?
LCR in the .15/.16 version of Beta2 allows you to do all of this by GUI...

I didn't see the capabilities to move to LCR replica and change locations in the GUI.
But I did find out that with BETA 2 LCR change location only work if Server has only "One" Storage group.
This was first server in site and had SG1 with mailbox db and SG2 with default PF db. Switched to different server with only SG and had no issues. MSH command work'd and changed locations to LCR replica.
