I beleive this is done on the client, but I can't find it. I have Outlook 2002 and Exchange 2000. How do I leave the users messages always on the server?

I forget where the option is in Outlook 2002, but it is in the same place where you can view the account information and add a personal folder. There will be a drop down box that says something like "deliver new mail to:". Select the users mailbox on the server rather then thier personal folder and the mail should remain on the server.

By default MAPI clients leave messages on the server UNLESS you deliver them to PST which is under options mail delievry.

If you are setting up users to POP3 mail its on the advanced tab of the POP3 connections on the advanced tab you select leave a copy of messages on the server
