We'd like to link a number of operational calendars together, that are stored in public folders, much the same way you can link fields in Excel on multiple tabs of the same spreadsheet.

Hopefully there would be one master calendar that would be populated with appointments from other calendars (in separate public folders). This would serve as a way to have an operational calendar for each customer, then a master calendar that shows all of that activity together.

Any thoughts? Third party apps are an option. thanks in advance.

www.diditbetter.com have a bunch of solutions for exactly this which makes me assume that other than a helluva lot of work it's 3rd party only.

thanks mark. It looks like this does what i'm looking for and much much more.

Hopefully i can keep the number of dependancies down, so it's not too pricey.
