Hello Everyone,
So we underwent a recent domain change, however we still have some companies that we email often to keep receiving emails with the from address as our old domain or another domain of our choosing, but have it automatically happen instead of choosing the From address each time we need to email the company.
To better illustrate:
Company changed domains from ABC.Com to DEF.com
User in our company JonDoe@DEF.com Wants to send an email to JaneDoe@Domain.com
Domain.com is one of the companies in the list that we want emails to show they are coming from ABC.com.
User JonDoe@DEF.com Sends the email, which the request goes to Exchange and exchange says "Hey, this message is going to Domain.com, i need to change the sender ID to JonDoe@ABC.com" Then sends the message using the ABC.com domain.
This could even happen on the users machine if needed. as there is a finite number of users that will need to do this.
Has any of you heard of a program that would help me out with this. Really not sure what to search to find this out.
