I'm not sure if this is normal behavior, but I have discovered that I can relay to mailboxes on the server, but not off the server. Using telnet, I can send to valid mailboxes on the server...

Relaying is turned off, but obviously not to the extent I want.

Can this be stopped?

Is this still considered an open relay?
