 we used MAPI.Session to lookup some information of a user in the outlook address book, for this we wrote our code in VB, the code is working fine, but we are getting a popup "Dispalying that another programmer is using the user's info, which may be a virus" & is we press on allow it displays the user info.So i don't want this popup to appear at all, please suggest?

I believe that you should be able to disable this popup using outlook security settings - see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;263296
