I have multiple sites (HQ, Br1 and Br2). The DC (domain controller) and the Exchange Server SP2 is installed in the HQ. Exchange server is a member server of the DC.  Br1 and Br1 are configured as CD (child domain). It is working perfectly. After I installed Exchange SP2, I was not able to create a mail enable account in the Exchange Server using the Child Domain in the remote site.

Please adise...

Thanks.

So you have 2 Domains in active directory, a root and a child? Were you able to create mail-enabled accounts prior to the SP2 upgrade? Did you run domainprep in the child domain? Have you created a new recipient update service for that child domain?
