we r using Exchange server 2003 Exterprice sp 2. our exvirament is Active/Pasive Cluster, we have 7000 mail box.

now giving error message users connection to the mailbox.

Event ID = 1160
SOURCE = MSExchangeIS
CATAGERAL = General
TYPE = ERROR

now users cannot send & Receive mails

please support to me.

it's very urgent.

hi mate,

It seems you have some memory issue means memory consumption and not able to allocate for writing into the database

Run Exbpa (you can download it from www.exbpa.com)
follow the best practice recommendation.

Make sure there is confliction of timing between the backup and online maintenance as well.

tks for your prompt reply. my server has enough memeory (4GB), and free hard disk space. i don't know why that error come and even my users also cannot acces the mail box.

i was check the CPU usage, it's normal.

how to solve this issue.

support to me.

sorry to use memory, it is something related with performance dude,

Have you run Exbpa tool?
if not please run this tool then follow the recommendation.

What about the online maintenance and backup ? is there any conflict?

online maintenance Scheduled to morning at (3am to 6am) and Database backup Scheduled run on the at (11 pm at night).

it's not givnig any performance issue, how to solve this.
