I am not able to login into any of the user account in MS outlook 2007,It is keep asking the password and not accepting, where as i am able to login thru OWA with same password. i don't know where i am going wrong. I am having Win2K3 server ent edn with SP2.0 as DC and my exchange is installed on the separate box with exchange 2k3 ent edn with SP2.0.

Setup sounds good... Only reason I could see for Outlook to require a password is if the Exchange environment was in the wrong domain (i.e. you created a separate domain for Exchange) and you forgot to provide rights to it.
Other then that Outlook should just use your Windows credentials to login.
Tried logging in with username - password probably. Have you tried logging in with domain\username - password? Just to make sure it talks to the correct domain?
Any entries in the eventlogs (both on client and server) hinting at what might be going wrong?

Thanks for your suggestion. Finally its working after i provided the administrative rights to the user. Probably there were some rights issue. Later i removed the administrative rights from the user and it worked then also.
