MS exchange 2003 forest prep - 10.May2005 2:20:00 PM

I have a MS Server 2003 which is the master domain controller. I am trying to install exchange 2003 onto this Server. Everything goes fine until I do the Forest Preperation. I get thiswarning box:

The component "microsoft Exchange Forest Preperation" cannot be assigned the action "Forest Preperation" because:

- either you do not have permissions to update the active Directory Schema or Active directory Service is currently too busy.

I have doubled checked my permissions, I even removed them and reinserted them to make sure they were not corrupt : Enterprise admins, schema admins, Administrator.

Can anybody help me solve this problem please .. Amazing_Alun@yahoo.co.uk

Look at your exchange setup log on the root directory or send it to me at scottyfryer@gmail.com.
