I have been working on setting up 2 DNS Servers with Windows 2000. I know this is a DNS question but it has to do with the priority in dns for my MX entries. I asume that a value of 10 has priority over 20 as to which mail server comes first. If I am wrong, can anyone let me know....?

Yes, you are correct. MX 10 will have priority over MX "anything higher".
