I have done the biggest blunder of my life by deleting an account of my CEO by mistake moreover his mailbox also been deleted. Right after that i went to Recipient Configuration>Disconnected Mailbox but it was not appearing there. Then in stat of panic i have generaed one more email account and user ID same as before in order not to stop his activities. Next morning he realize that and asked for mails which were lying in mailbox not in pst. Also i have seen his mailbox in Recipient Configuration>Disconnected Mailbox, i have again deleted the account which i had created later when it happened and try to recover it with wizard. but some how its not doing it, and i am recieving following message:

Can someone help me pleeaaaase,...............how to recover his mailbox or even a mails from them. waaaaiting..

Hi,

It looks like you already created a new mailbox for the user ? Please detach that one and that connect this box again.

Before detaching the new one make sure no mails are in it and if there are export them by creating a PST of it.
