Only one user ...

She sent an email to an internet user and CC:internal user on friday 22nd at 4:30 pm. but both the internal and external users received that message on Monday 25th morning.  This had been happening to her intermittently from the
past 3 months.

Did tracking on the above message and exchange shows it was sent out to internet on Monday 25th.

In her outlook sent items the same message shows sent on 22nd friday.  The time and date is correct on her pc and no rules are configured.OL2002 so no cache mode.

Advise Please.  TIA

If message tracking doesn't show the message until Monday, then the problem is client side. Could be Outlook getting stuck in Offline mode, the cache not updating correctly. I have also seen this where the user sends the message and then immediately closes Outlook before the cache has sent the message.

Simon.

Thank you Simon for your input.

She is using OL2002 and she was offline when the issue occured.  I have put her online and lets see if this addresses the matter.
