I have never used a message board and I have an issue that I am seeking assistance with.

I recentlty loaded office 2007 on my machine. I went to configure outlook and put in the exchange server info incorrectly. Outlook attempted to configure and could not. It became stuck. Attempts to reboot failed. attempts to uninstall and reinstall failed. I am running vista home premium on an I7 machine and in the control panel there is no icon for mail to delete the profile (even in the user section). I reviewed microsoft's literature and they said to seek out the exchange files but I could not find them.

Any suggestions? Thank you. Len

What is the exchange server you are using?
Delete the current profile and recrete the new profile, make sure you have Outlook update.

Before setting up Outlook 2007, you will need to have a Microsoft Exchange account. Microsoft Exchange accounts are automatically created for users that activate their Link Blue accounts and do not elect to forward their email. Users that have forwarded their email can login to the UK Account Manager to disable email forwarding and create their Exchange mailbox..
