I do not really know if in Exch 2010 besides adding an admin to the Mailbox Import Export Role, I also have to give him/her perms over the mailbox in question (the one being exported)or just by adding the admin to the role he/she will be able to export the mailbox to a .PST file....

could somebody clarify my question pls?
