Exchange2003 Server A
Exchange 2003 Server B
Same exchange site

When we move a mailbox from Server A to Server B it takes about an hour for the settings to take. You can't access your mailbox via mapi client or OWA.

Is there a way to force the configuration changes between the servers? Otherwise we just have to move the mailbox and wait till it decides to come online. This would force us to migrate everyone after hours. That would suck!

Shouldn't take an hour for the change to be live. A few minutes in my experience. If it is taking an hour then you need to look at your domain to see if replication is taking place correctly.

Simon.
