Hi
I am running with a strange problem with few users of OWA. It is like that few users complaint that few of their emails are moving automatically to the deleted items, they were expecting a mail from another organization and sender has called the user that he sent the mail but mail was not visible in the inbox by co-incidence he happened to look into the deleted items folder and he saw that mail. Similar incidence happened with few others users also. I am unable to understand the reason for the same

1. There is no inbox rules configured in users owa
2. There is no junk mailbox or any sender filtering enabled

Please help

Hi,

Try to start outlook with the /cleanrules parameter and verify if it still happens.

If this doesn't work use MFCMAPI to delete stale rules:

Hi,

Is there any rule in the Hub in the Exchange Server? you said that OWA has not rules, but is possible that exist rules in the Hub transport Server.

Can you confirm this?
