Does anyone know of a tool where I can manage address books other than with the GUI or the powershell.

We are a school and I want to make some address books based on year groups but they are just contacts so I am struggling to work out a better way to do it.

I would prefer a GUI method as I struggle with powershell... I couldn't work out a way to import the contacts into exchange with the department field filled in and disable them from the default address book.

Any help would be great.
