If yes "exchange 2000 6.0) sp3" I am working on quota and mailboxes size limits. But the size of the mailbox in the "exchange system manager" is not the same as the entire mailbox size in outlook on the client side ( i mean right click on "outlook today" , then size " It looks like that the systelm maager doesn't not take "sent items" into account Thanks to help , I have searched a lot on internet but no info. Regards,

There is a separate set of forums here specifically for Exchange 2000. The size reported by Outlook and the size reported by ESM don't necessarily have to match exactly, but they both take "Sent Items" into account. What exactly is your question?

Hi, and thanks, for instances if i check my mail box size in outlook = 38252 KB In ESM: 19761 KB I thought the difference would have come from "sent items". 1. My problem is that i have to implement quotas. But the siez of mailbox mentionned in the "issue warning message " is very different from the size the user check in outlook". 2. where is this difference coming from ??? Thanks to help
