Hi

Recently I sent out a large email to a number of distribution lists, it was reported that some mail-enabled contacts may not have received the email.

When I investigated using Message tracking I could not find any details of the mail-enabled contacts being sent this email

Are there any issues why Message tracking would not confirm that they have been sent out? Are there any troubleshooting tips that anyone can recommend?

When you say " it was reported that some mail-enabled contacts may not have received the email"., Was that through an NDR? if so add details of the same.

Is that a nested DL in which you have those mail enabled contacts, what happens when you try to do message tracking by the Recipient name to be eaxcty that DL which holds the problematic mail enabled contact?
