Hi all,,
Recently we got notified from one of our clients that their messages sent to our users are not getting delivered and they get following error
Message exceeded maximum number of delivery retries.
Some times the messages are getting delivered,but often the client receives this error.
cant figure it out what could be the problem or how to toubleshoot.
Has any one faced same issue before.
we are having ex 2010, 2 mailbox servers and 1 hub/cas server in our org.
Your suggestions and help will be appreciated..

Can you capture some logs to provide for us?

SMTP even though I don't think you will even see the connection being made. You might need to go to your client and get their SMTP logs showing the attempt.

You ar e right i was not able to find anything in smtp logs.i have requetsed the client to share their smtp logs.waiting for thier response.
