I have the opportunity to move our 2007 Exch mail from internal to hosted with Rackspace. Wondering if that is a good move or if I should stay internal and maybe try to move to 2010. We are running standard with about 130 mailboxes and 4 DBs. 2 are already at 95GB and 41GB. I am looking at setting up high availability as well with either 07 or 10. We also have 20 blackberry's running off a BES server which makes things even more interesting. Suggestions?

For 130 mailboxes you're as well simply getting hosted service rather than hosting your servers in their location. They will do you BB service as well as Outlook Anywhere and ActiveSync etc.
